ABOUT ME

Mike was born and raised in Austin, is married and has 2 children. They live in Johnson City, Texas.  In addition to his avocation of art, Mike is an entrepreneur and is co-owner and manager of a family owned business in the Texas Hill Country.

He creates his art work in his private art studio in Johnson City, known as the "Heart of the Arts" community in the Texas Hill Country.

Mike has been interested in art since childhood, and has found various mediums to express his creativeness, including oils, watercolors and his passion, computer aided art.  Mike writes an occasional poem.

Mike belongs to the Johnson City Community League (www.JohnsonCityCommunityLeague.org and www.HillCountryPortal.com) and the Johnson City Chamber of Commerce (www.JohnsonCityTexasChamber.com). 

He and his wife Leslee are very active in local community affairs.
